Binge Watching TV and Junk Food: Survey Identifies Families’ Guilty Pleasures

All families have them. Those no-no’s that you know you’re not supposed to do, but are all so fun.

According to the #HowWeFamily* survey, which looked at the evolution of the American family, it found the following to be families’ top guilty pleasures:

  • 29% of families binge-watch their favorite shows together and break into song when a well-liked song is heard.
  • 24% of families watch sports together and indulge in junk food.
  • 23% of families don’t change out of their PJs on the weekends until middle of the afternoon.
  • 19% of families watch their favorite TV shows together that they wouldn’t admit to liking to their friends.
